I bought that massager. I brought a massage seat into my office years ago when I was really stressed from teaching and parenting. I still have it and use it, but I like that this is for your neck. Thanks for the links.
Great recommendations for the creepy campus novels. I'm almost finished with The Secret History (love it). I'm glad to see others of similar calibre on that list. Thank you.
Thanks for all the great recommendations! Currently listening to Kelly Link's The Book of Love, which is sort of a campus novel? Creepy, but with subtle humor. Really loving it.
I never had, either. Not sure how this one came to my attention, but I'm really enjoying it. The main characters are teens/young adults, and I thought Link must be a young phenom writer because the narrator nails youthful voices--but she's 55. Long history of publishing award-winning short fiction, but this is her first novel. I still have 17 hours (!) left on the audiobook (have heard 6), but if it continues as it's begun, I think it's one high schoolers would like.

I feel like an influencer now.

I want to reread The Secret History next month. It’s so good!
Ann Patchett is always out there doing the Lord’s work! I will do anything she tells me to do…so mostly I just lie around reading :)
As you should!

That one has intrigued me for a while. I’ve never read Link before.
