Who doesn't love a book centered around a PT Cruiser? MANY years ago I was T-boned, and while my car was in the shop for months--my rental car was a purple PT Cruiser. NEVER FORGET.

Driving a purple PT Cruiser could be as traumatizing as the accident itself. I’m glad you survived both experiences. 😀

God of the Woods was a favorite read last summer; I just finished Heartwood, which gave similar vibes.

Amity Gaige wrote Heartwood, the book was a Read With Jenna pick (May, I think).

I put half of this list on my TBR. I am going to reserve Kevin Wilson’s book today. Thank you!

Love this list Andrea, can't wait to read all of some of them. I did read God of the Woods. What a compelling read it was. Couldn't put it down. So sad, but equally empowering. I love that you're an indoor summer woman. You're very funny as well. Hope you can stay cool this summer. Thanks for all the reading you do and passing it on.

Excellent selections! I love seasonal reading so much! I read The Winner last summer and I'm really surprised I don't see it around more.
